InfoLink is a consumer reporting agency as defined by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). As such, InfoLink provides background screening on job applicants and employees. InfoLink provides clients with court by court searches of criminal records nationwide providing up to date criminal activity, motor vehicle reports, social security traces, employment credit reports, workers' compensation filings, employment, education, and professional license verifications, reference interviews, and much more. InfoLink also offers on- and off-site drug and alcohol testing.
InfoLink offers a web-based service that enables clients to submit a search request, view work in progress, view completed reports, print reports, or archive reports over our secure website. Archived reports are available always at the click of a button. In addition, Clients can do statistical reporting, update their account, download new forms, or receive information designed only for clients. InfoLink prides itself on providing the fastest turnaround time in the industry as clients have access to "work in progress" and don't have to wait for an entire report to be completed to make hiring decisions. Reports are provided generally within 24 to 72 hours, although some services requested are completed immediately which could provide enough information to make a hiring decision the same day of the search request.
