Securemploy was started in 1978 as a Division of Ferree & Associates Inc, a 30+ year retained search firm known for innovative solutions to help employers find talented employees quickly.

Hospitality employers asked us to help them find alternatives that were more effective than newspaper advertising. Securemploy introduced PinPoint Ads. Twenty-one years later, we have over 98% repeat customers.

Over the years, Securemploy has introduced additional products to the market, affiliated with Hospitality Online, the most professional job board for the hotel industry, and is now adding various social networking tools, and opt-in email notification programs.
