There are two main parts to Securemploy

Following is Privacy Policy information you need to know for Securemploy, exclusive of the job board.
The terms You and User as used herein refer to all individuals and/or entities accessing Securemploy for any reason.
Securemploy is a web site where candidates can:
- confidentially register, upload their resumes and other documents to, and identify types of jobs they are interested in, as well as locations and salary ranges they would consider;
- identify:
- Specific companies the candidate authorizes to view ALL information in their account on Securemploy;
OR - Make all their information available to all employers through the searchable database.
- Specific companies the candidate authorizes to view ALL information in their account on Securemploy;
- List companies they are interested in.
- Use the Directory of Hospitality Chains and Management Companies
Securemploy asks candidates for detailed information. Our goal is to notify candidates about specific career opportunities they are interested in.
The database maintained by Securemploy is only available to the staff of Securemploy.
Here is how the process works:
- Employers using the various services of Securemploy identify their needs.
- Then Securemploy does the search and notifies appropriate candidates. Or allows employers to directly search for candidates, based on advanced authorization from candidates.
- Candidates then apply directly to the career opportunity, or notify Securemploy if they want their resume submitted to the potential employer, or simply communicate directly with employers they have authorized access to the candidates information.
- If Securemploy does not hear from the candidate, Securemploy assumes the candidate is not interested in the position. Likewise, when you receive information about jobs that asks you to apply directly to the company, those companies will only know of your interest if you apply.
Job seekers/candidates who register on Securemploy.com will always be notified about jobs in advance. This protects the confidentiality of candidates registering with Securemploy.com
When Securemploy work search assignments or Candidate Matching candidates will be called and/or emailed. Their resume will only be submitted to potential employers if the job seeker expresses verbal and/or written interest in the job and company/property.
Job seekers/candidates can update their information in Securemploy at any time.
Securemploy provides various career tools that are available to candidates, including sample resume, cover letter, reference list, and management style and goals, blog, etc. These services are all free to candidates. Candidates determine what services they wish to use.
Should Securemploy offer any candidate services with fees, such as mailing lists of companies, etc., those services will be clearly spelled out, including costs, and candidates can opt in or out at any time.
Employers hire Securemploy to assist the employers in sourcing candidates for their companies.
Employers can use Securemploy to identify various services we offer to assist them in recruiting. Based on the service the Employer purchases, candidates will be notified about the job and instructed how to apply. Employers using Securemploy services, will only see resumes of candidates that are interested in their specific job.
When you, as a job candidate, respond to employers, your information is going to them and is subject to their privacy policies. Securemploy is not responsible for the information that employers receive from you, whether through electronic transmission, fax, or mail.
Securemploy has alliances with other companies to provide additional services. Note that when You link to those other services You are going directly to those companies and You are subject to their privacy policies.
Job seekers, employers, and others have the opportunity to share success stories and other comments with Securemploy, usually through e-mail or the blog. These comments become the property of Securemploy. We may use this information for marketing purposes, or to contact You for additional information or clarification.
Your information about you.
Once You have submitted your resume to an employer, we are not responsible for the privacy of your information. Once You have a new job, we strongly encourage You to send an e-mail to all companies You submitted your resume to. Tell them You have a new position and ask that they remove your resume from their files/database.Credit Card Security
Securemploy uses a secure server for all credit card transactions. These credit card transactions use SSL encryption before being sent over the Internet. While we can't guarantee encryption or the privacy of your personal details and credit card transactions, SSL makes it very difficult for your information to be stolen or intercepted while the data is being transferred.Cookies
To make things easier for you, Securemploy uses a feature called "Cookies." This enables file(s) to be transferred from a web site to the hard drive of your computer.Cookies are used to remember passwords, user names, to identify which pages, jobs, etc. are most visited, and for load balancing.
